KNOW & SEE DOCTOR.

This is not written by a Doctor please note.

A 5000 year old Sanskrit text ( Sanskrit is the father of world languages) forming a part of our Veda is Ayurveda, meaning Life Science. The author of this text is known in text books as SRILA VYASADEVA.There were several researchers in this LIFE SCIENCE now known as AYURVEDA.It was just a puff of smoke 50 years back and never heard about it as much as it is today in modern world.Indian Ayurveda Doctors boldly faced the Allopathy Doctors of the Western world and left no stone unturned to improve their knowledge and practice by their hard work and research.

Ayurveda in India has been a part of not only of body but also of spiritual well being. The Ayurveda original scriptures that date back to Vedic era, written about 5000 years ago, contain the treasure of knowledge that is actually a blessing from Ayurveda scholars. From among the four Vedas of ancient India, the Rig Veda talks extensively about health, disease, pathogenesis and principles of treatment. Many other original Ayurveda books like those written are totally dedicated to dissemination of Ayurveda knowledge. In fact, Ayurveda today, is believed to be the only complete medical system which still exists where as other forms of ancient medicine have lost parts of their original information. The glorified Ayurveda history has proved that Ayurveda is the true science of life, prevention and longevity.Ayurveda is also known as KNOWLEDGE FOR PROLONGING LIFE.

The Right Food for the Right Person is the first and foremost principle involved in Ayurveda. All foods are good, but not all foods are good for all people. You must eat the proper foods for your constitution in the proper consciousness if you want the best nourishment and optimum physical and spiritual health.

The characteristics sound a bit prejudicial but I like the rest of the hub! I am going to ask you a question up on the right side... one that you raised in me when I read this hub. Thank you.
